Returns

 

To change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service at 786-833-6898 or email us at info@davincisgem.com. Front Door deliveries cannot be canceled as they are processed immediately to ensure quick arrival. We cannot accept changes or cancellations on some items. 

 

Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 14 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, custom Watches and made to order items, final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99, some specific special order items. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X7, $.X8 or $.X9)

  • Moissanite Watches

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Unfortunately. we don't offer returns on personalized products or watches. Verify your customization is correct before purchasing. 

Shipping

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase. Custom items are : AP watches, Cartier Watches, Rolex Watches, Custom Chains Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. Full payment is required for custom orders. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. The custom order lead time is estimated at 2-4 weeks . This does not include weekends or holidays. Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. In the unlikely case of a custom order exceeding 7 weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund or the deposit. Once a custom order has been submitted there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges may apply to approve any production modifications.
